Kids and Teens Classes
Kids Posture Plus classes
Classes are for children in grades 4, 5 & 6 at school (not age divisions) 45mins
These are the first and only specific floor classes available to public in Sydney!
Teaching children how to stretch properly and why they need to stretch will ingrain good habits before they can turn bad. Kids Posture Plus classes are not only stretching, but Pilates method and lifestyle tips too.
Each week children will fill in a "practice sheet" and will have take home exercises that are fun and challenging to all fitness levels. The children gain general knowledge about the body and how to look after it. There are games and fun activities to ensure they feel the play aspect of the classes- its not all work!
Teens Posture Plus classes
Classes are for Teens in grades 7, 8, & 9 at high school (not age divisions) 45mins
Teens classes follow the adult program closer than the Kids classes. There are still games and fun challenges for them to enjoy and have a laugh, but the format is more formal and they learn directly from "Posture Plus booklets" (each get a copy to refer to at home to practice). Unlike the adults, we cover lifestyle tips such as how to carry backpacks properly, how to study in the best posture and what stretches to do as study breaks.
Teens learn how to look after the body. Gaining all round-stretch, strength, posture and relaxation.
