We do all this because we want everyone for feel free and animated like we do- EVERYDAY! Pain and restriction is not a necessary part of getting older. Our body is the most amasing machine, the most complicated, yet fascinating organism. It is our wish everyone learns how to look after themselves and they make acknowledging thier bodies relentless service a daily practice through stretch and movement.
