• Initial: $160.00 (1hr appointment and email follow up)
• Follow up: single session $160.00; 3 pack $145.00 each ($435 upfront); 6 pack $125 each ($750 upfront)
• Short session: $95.00
• Concessions: Initial $145.00; Follow up: $125; Short: $80.00

CST session

• Initial: $175.00 (incl function assessment & report)
• One on one: $145.00

Private Stretch Session

• Initial: $175.00 (incl function assessment & report)
• One on one: $145.00 (or multi packs available)

Group Stretch Sessions

(all participants do initial assessment first, max of five per group)

• For Two: $70.00 (per person)
• For Three: $60.00 (per person)
• For Four: $50.00 (per person)
• For five: $45.00 (per person)

Changes and Cancellations

As you know we are an appointment only business.
Please respect our time by keeping your appointments and arriving on time.

If changes need to be made 24 hours notice is required.
This gives us time to fill your scheduled session/ timeslot.
If you cannot give 24 hrs notice re-scheduling and cancellation fees apply.

100% of scheduled session/ treatment is payable if:

• you do not show for your appointment or cancel within 4hrs of it.

Set fee to re-schedule your appointment:

• you cancel or call to re-schedule less than 24 hours but more than 4hrs:
• Inital assessment or private session (1hr booked): $50. Maintenence (45mins booked): $30
