The pelvis contains your centre of gravity. Being mobile around your centre means a fluidly moving spine with strength and stability at your entre of gravity.
Gently coaxing your body to move in new ways as shown in the Mobility Sequence will free your daily movements and leave you with a supple, mobile body that moves so fluidly you will have abundant energy to the end of each day.
The Mobility Sequence is challenging as you will learn to isolate and control your torso while you move the limbs effortlesly and fluidly. Practicing the Mobility Sequence you will learn how to increase movement in the hips, shoulders and spine, which will help you maintain ideal postural alignment.
