The DVDs are Aussie format, but now days that means they will work on any computer and new DVD models.
To instill some enthusiasm, what you have in hand is presented in the Introductory program. This is JUST THE BEGINNING... literally.

So play with these (be it on your computer or a newer model DVD player and then remember these as the foundations of all future sequences... especially the Pelvic Floor sequencing, activate that with your Prasara practice... it adds a whole new dimension to the Crown to Coccyx alignment!
