Donna has moved!

• The Posture Centre is now divided between Elixr Bondi Junction and Ecosensual Croydon.
• Due to corporate work; instructor training programs and product production Donna is now only available three days for clinic sessions. You can make appointments via email: donna@postureplus.com.au or call 1300 be flexible (1300 233 539)
• Clinic times are:
• Elixr Bondi Junction Tuesday mornings untill 1pm and Wednesday afternoon/ evenings from 2pm.
• Ecosensual Croydon Thursdays all day/ evening 10am till 8pm.
• Posture Plus classes are still runnning in Croydon and Lane Cove.
• One on One Stretch & CST sessions are available during clinic times or by appointment around class times. Email for details and to book.
• Posture Essentials workshops and PT training workshops will start October 2009.
